Debarshi has over two decades of experience in Fintech and Agri tech space, working across geographies. In his previous stint he was the EVP and Global Head – Ecommerce platform for BPC Banking Technologies AG and additionally given the responsibility as CEO of BPC Technologies India. He co-founded, “Safal Fasal – The Complete AgriTech Ecosystem” for BPC. Prior to that, Debarshi headed the Govt. business portfolio for Mastercard in S Asia and strategic projects in South East Asia and Africa. He launched the Mastercard Farmer Network program in SA and also led the Mastercard Transit Business in SA. He launched the Mastercard FI initiative in the country in partnership with multiple banks and institutions.

Prior, he was part of the founding team of Manipal Business Solution and in Leadership position at FINO.

He has a Hon. Doctorate in Food & Agri supply chain.
