Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to develop and manage a distributor network and drive sales activities in given geography. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the region and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a Distributor network.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies in the region.
- Implement sales plans and achieve targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of a given geography/Market and its surrounding areas.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Graduate degree.
