About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to develop and manage a distributor network and drive sales activities in a given geography. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the region and a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a Distributor network.
• Develop and Execute Sales Strategies in the region.
• Implement sales plans and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the given geography/Market and its surrounding areas.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Graduate degree.
