Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to develop and manage a distributor network and drive sales activities within a specific geography. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the region and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a Distributor network
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies in the region
- Implement sales plans and achieve targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Strong knowledge of given geography/Market and its surrounding areas
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Graduate degree
