Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role requires a professional with a strong background in front-end technologies, specifically in React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. As a Lead Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of user interfaces, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Front-End Development: Take ownership of front-end development projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient coding practices.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to implement and deliver features.
• Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Technical Design: Participate in the design and architectural discussions, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize Applications: Ensure the applications are optimized for speed and scalability.
• Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and ensure the consistency and quality of the codebase.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
2. Technical Skills:
   • React: Extensive experience with React, including state management and lifecycle methods.
   • Redux: Proficiency in Redux for state management.
   • JavaScript: Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
   • HTML/CSS: Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3, including pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
   • Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.
3. Soft Skills:
   • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
   • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
   • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
   • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
